Inquiries are made be customers and recorded within RFQ XPRESS. Quotes and orders can be made directly from RFQs. Inquiries can be made into formal RFQs to be processed at a later time.

RFQs can be directly created on the PARTS or RFQs screens. RFQs can be made into formal quotes or orders to customers. Pre-sourcing can be done to RFQs prior to creating an order. Go to the second tab, SOURCING/PURCHASING for these procedures.

Complete system for managing your customers. Includes the ability to have many locations and contacts at these locations with their phone numbers and other information. Notes against the company or individually against the company contacts can be entered. Also you can message to other employees and set tasks (such as calls, follow-ups, appointments for yourself or others. A handy calendar is also available.
